Main Functions
- It evaluates the patents of Korea, the US, Japan, Europe and China within one minute
- It is used as a tool that can measure patent quality swiftly and objectively for screening patents subject to retention management and abandonment.
- Since experts in screening a small number of key patents out of a large amount of patents has difficulty in screening the small number of key patents, SMART 5 is used for filtering prior to the experts’ qualitative analysis, by screening highly valued patents as key patents.
